Founded by Dan and Debi Kyler, lifelong advocates for animal welfare, our farm animal sanctuary blends hands-on care with heart-led purpose. From rescued horses and whimsical goats to lavender-loving chickens and punny-named ducks, every animal here is nurtured with intention and love.

We believe in the power of animal connection to spark joy, and deepen empathy. That’s why our farm offers immersive experiences where guests can meet, learn from, and care for our animal residents—whether through equine therapy or simply sharing space in the paddocks.

Each animal is part of a larger story—one of resilience and playfulness. Every guest who visits becomes part of that story too.

FOUNDER
Dan Kyler
The chicken whisperer, the Boss of the barn, our farm founder. A California surfer dude who made his way to Tacoma by way of Montana State University. An attorney with a big heart for his clients and all living creatures.

Debi Ann Kyler
Queen of the pastures, our guardian of hooves and hearts. She grew up riding horses in Oregon. Has fostered Alpaca’s for over 20 years. Her creativity and vision have played an integral role in bringing life to the farm.

DIRECTOR OF FIBER AND FROLIC
Dustin King
The son in law and visionary behind taking our love of the farm to the next level. He takes a farm-first approach to all farm decisions. He has a love for community and is our guiding voice on the farm. His financial prowess helps us to grow in a way that is sustainable and aligns with our core values.
DIRECTOR OF HENQUARTERS
Cortney King
The daughter/stepdaughter to Debi and Dan. She brings a creative flare and a highly organized approach to farm processes.
THE G.O.A.T WHISPERER
Noah Spinney
The grandson with a heart of gold. He is currently working on his degree in architecture in the big city of Manhattan, NY. He will be helping to bring the barn design to fruition with his architectural design degree.
